Effective Date: April 1, 2022

This policy applies to all diet consultation plans and services offered by

*Mitaahara – Creating Healthier Lives*.

1. No Refund Policy

All consultation bookings and diet plan enrolments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made and a plan is confirmed, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances

2. No Cancellation or Termination

We do not permit mid-plan cancellations or early terminations. Clients are advised to enroll only after reviewing the program details and being fully committed to their health journey.

3. Plan Freeze Guidelines

Plan freezing is only allowed for 6-month or 12-month packages, and only under the following conditions:

  • Advance written notice must be provided.
  • Maximum freeze duration allowed is 20 days.
  • Freeze requests beyond 20 days will not be considered, unless supported by valid and urgent documentation (e.g., hospitalization, exams, travel emergency).
  • The freeze period is only for one time and cannot be extended once utilised.

4. Non-Transferable

All Mitaahara diet plans are non-transferable. They are personalized and created specifically for the registered client based on their health profile and goals.

5. Cancellation by Mitaahara

In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Practitioner unavailability
  • Technical failure
  • Personal emergencies

We will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduling of the consultation, as per client preference.

6. Client Responsibility

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate medical and lifestyle information.
  • Missed consultations without prior notice are considered as consumed and will not be rescheduled after one time.
